Actor Terry Crews has revealed that we could be seeing a sequel to hit comedy White Chicks on the big screen some time in the near future.

When Crews appeared on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live recently, the Brooklyn Nine-Nine star was quizzed on whether he’d got any updates on a potential sequel to the 2004 film.

“I actually got with Shawn [Wayans] and he was like, ‘Man, we’re doing it, we’re getting it going,’” the actor revealed, to enthusiastic applause.

The original film saw Shawn and Marlon Wayans play FBI agents who go undercover as white women (in frankly terrifying whiteface and wigs) to solve a series of kidnappings.

Crews portrayed pro basketball player Latrell Spencer in the film, and joked with Cohen that he’s been staying in shape just to reprise the role, “I’ve been working out for 15 years so I can do White Chicks 2, y’all! Please, please,” he said.

So, a White Chicks sequel is coming, but when is anyone’s guess. More when we have it.
